CONSORT 2025 Flow Diagram Generator
Turn participant counts into a publication-ready trial flow diagram
Public beta · Parallel-group randomised trials
Enter enrolment and group-level counts to generate a journal-ready CONSORT 2025 flow diagram. Add up to six groups and record reasons for exclusions, non-receipt, discontinuation and missing primary-outcome analysis.
Your trial data stay in your browser. Nothing entered here is sent to Think Denominator. Download the project file to continue later.
Choosing a file: use SVG for the sharpest journal figure and for resizing in Word, PowerPoint or design software. Use PNG when a submission system requires a raster image or does not accept SVG.
Scope
This beta implements the common parallel-group CONSORT 2025 participant pathway: enrolment, intervention allocation, follow-up and analysis of the primary outcome. Trials using cluster, crossover, factorial, adaptive or other specialist designs may require a relevant CONSORT extension and a modified diagram.
CONSORT 2025 allows the diagram format to be adapted to trial features; this tool supports two to six groups while retaining the core participant-accounting fields.
